I was also informed when my order was despatched and it arrived quickly. 



The nice added touch of an extra chew inside was a nice surprise. This maybe a standard touch for this company or a much appreciated sweetener for my inconvenience (of later finding out after ordering online, that some items were not available). Overall my experience was a sweet success.
